Dr. Kimia Ahmadian is a dedicated and compassionate pediatric dentist who is committed to providing an excellent oral care and a positive dental experience for the youngest members of our community. She received her DMD from LECOM School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Jacobi Hospital in New York City where she is also an Attending. Through her intensive hospital-based training with a wide range of complex cases, she acquired skillsets to address dental needs of every child, including children with special health care needs.
Dr. Kimia believes that children’s first encounters with dentistry can shape their perception of oral health for life. Her approach is centered around creating a warm, welcoming, and child-friendly environment where kids can feel comfortable and at ease. She takes the time to build trust, explain procedures, and empowers young patients by involving them in their treatment decisions so that each child feels heard and valued. Her goal is to nurture young smiles and educate families to take charge of their children’s dental well-being. In her free time, Dr. Kimia enjoys cooking different recipes, hiking and traveling with her husband.
